I. Return conditions
1. Time limit: You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods (subject to the logistics receipt time).
2. Product requirements:
- Keep the original packaging intact and unused/installed
- Come with all accessories and gifts
- Provide a valid order number and proof of purchase
3. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for each return.
4. Before returning, please inform us of your name, order number and return details by email. Please do not return without our approval.
II. Cancellation of order
If you need to cancel the order, please contact us within 12 hours for worry-free cancellation service. Beyond this time, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover the necessary bank handling fees.
3. Refund process
1. Contact customer service: submit a return application via info@lovelucky-jewelry.com
2. Review confirmation: reply to the review result within 1-3 working days
3. Return goods: After receiving the return authorization, please use trackable international logistics to send it back (it is recommended to keep the waybill number)
4. Refund processing: After confirming that the product meets the conditions, return the payment within 7 working days
4. Special instructions
- Cross-border return shipping: The buyer bears the return shipping cost, and the original shipping cost is not refundable
- Customized products/special discount products: returns are not accepted (see the product page for details)
- Damaged products: Please provide photo evidence within 48 hours after signing for damage during transportation
- Exchange rate fluctuations: The refund amount will be returned according to the original payment currency and amount
